DAY 3: Nervous System Mastery for Daily Life
Develop your personal toolkit for nervous system regulation—the missing piece in most parenting approaches. Understand how your sensitive nervous system works, identify your unique triggers and signals, and learn daily practices for morning, mid-day, and evening regulation. You'll also master "emergency" regulation techniques for those intense parenting moments when you need to reset quickly.
